Hello everyone! Below is my Day 6 blog for The 21 Day Happiness Challenge.
3 New Things I Am Grateful For
1. I am grateful for ponytails. Today I was smart enough to bring one to work. Very annoying when your hair is always in your face.
2. I am grateful for blankets. Working in an office full of boys can lead to cold days. Luckily I have a nice warm blanket that I leave at work to wrap myself in.
3. I am grateful for Skype. EJ was home sick today. We were able to Skype each other back and forth through out the day via Skype!
1 Positive Experience in the Past 24 Hours
Monday afternoon I was jumping on the trampoline with EJ and his friend Devon. Yesterday when EJ got home from school, he came rushing into the house asking if I would jump with him and Devon again on the trampoline. Yay- he still wants to play and be with me!
AM: 4 miles on treadmill
Afternoon: 25 min walk
PM: 3 mile run
Today I temped this after my morning workout. I made it through 10 minutes with only looking at my clock 4 times and yelling at Reece to leave me alone 10 times. Work in progress 🙂
Random Act of Kindness
Today one of my Project Managers brought her dog to work. While she was in a meeting I offered to watch her dog.
