Hello everyone! Below is my Day 18 blog for The 21 Day Happiness Challenge.
3 New Things I Am Grateful For
1. I am grateful for our ability to change. I love change and I love them even more when my husband is change them as well.
2. I am grateful for Protein Shakes. Not a huge breakfast person. These are my go-to’s.
3. I am grateful for YMCA. I love my gym!
1 Positive Experience in the Past 24 Hours
Paul and I have a wonderful marriage and I love how we are almost always on the same page. Our conversation’s come easy and we work well as a team. The past few weeks we have under gone some big changes for us. The newest change we added starting today is no more drinking for the rest of the year. With trying to get into shape and live a happy, healthy life style I think this additional change will help push even more to reaching our goals!
