Hello everyone! Below is my Day 11 blog for The 21 Day Happiness Challenge.
3 New Things I Am Grateful For
1. I am grateful for Yoga . After a hard weekend of working out and a long run, my body is diff feeling it. Yoga was a great way to get some deep stretching in this morning.
2. I am grateful for bottled water. YUM! I am glad that I don’t have to walk down a dirt road to fetch my water.
3. I am grateful for cold medicine. Not feeling the greatest today. Thank you medicine for making it a little easier to get through the day.
1 Positive Experience in the Past 24 Hours
Yesterday EJ was backing up my dads snowabolie trainer with the four wheeler. He told my dad that he couldn’t do it. My dad and I both told him he could and as he got back on the four wheeler I told EJ 360. Something my dad would say to me all the time growing up. I looked at my dad and seen a big smile on his face. I knew at that moment he was proud of me and how Paul and I have raised EJ.
I am going to use my yoga as my meditation from today. The last 5 minutes of class we spent meditating.
Random Act of Kindness
Didn’t leave the house all day. Kindness was staying inside and not spreading my germs 🙂
